Description

Filed in Collaboration.

Ever negotiate a contract? Stop endlessly emailing redlined Word® documents back and forth, or worrying that a change has been made of which you're unaware. Signatry is an app that allows users to create legal documents and send them to others for revision and signing.

We built Signatry for ourselves, since we have sent back and forth a lot of documents with clients.

The legal documents themselves are stored in Markdown, and Signatry tracks revisions for you. Parties can sign when they're both comfortable with the document.

We've integrated with Stripe for users to subscribe to Signatry.
