While planning for a vacation/trip we used to search , plan , ask near and dears for suggestion and then finally come up with the final plan. Here is an application where you can plan your trip and mark the places where you want to stay/halt on a map. You can share your plan map on facebook. Friends can follow the link to modify the plan on map and re-post it. You can finalize the plan that suits you the best.
